- Pronto is a free, invite-only preview, provided as is.
- You decide the important actions; Pronto asks before paying, submitting or changing things outside the chat.
- AI can make mistakes, so check anything that matters.
About these terms
These terms cover your use of Pronto, a personal AI agent available through Telegram and run by Madhusudhan Aithal as part of benchbay.dev ("we"). By using Pronto you agree to them. The privacy policy explains how your data is handled.
The preview
Pronto is in private preview. It's free, access is by invitation, and features may change, pause or stop. We may end access at any time, and will try to give notice in Telegram when we can.
Who can use it
You must be at least 18 and able to agree to these terms. Your use must be allowed for the accounts you connect, such as your Google account.
Your part
- You're responsible for the requests you make and the approvals you give. When Pronto asks you to confirm something, read what it will do before you tap.
- Pronto acts in your accounts and on websites for you. Use it only where you're entitled to, and in line with those services' own terms.
- Check important results yourself, such as names, dates, seat numbers and amounts. AI can misread a page or an email.
- Don't use Pronto for anything unlawful, to harm or harass anyone, to access accounts that aren't yours, or to overload or attack any service.
What Pronto won't do
Pronto is built not to send email, make payments, or submit forms, bookings or check-ins without your confirmation, and not to follow instructions found inside emails or web pages. These limits reduce risk; they don't remove the need for your judgement.
Other services
Pronto relies on services such as Telegram, Anthropic, Google, airline and other websites. We don't control them, and their availability, accuracy and terms are their own.
No warranty
Pronto is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, including that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for a particular purpose, to the extent the law allows.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses caused by third-party services, by actions you approved, or by relying on results you didn't check. Because the preview is free, our total liability for any claim is limited to ₹1,000.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change matters, we'll tell you in Telegram before it applies. Continuing to use Pronto after that means you accept the new terms.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts in Bengaluru have jurisdiction.
